Shree Jagannath Ratha Yatra celebration by Indian Embassy, Tokyo
Dear Brothers and Sisters,
It is heartening for us to learn that the Indian Embassy Tokyo is going to host for the first time Shree Jagannath Ratha Yatra on 4 July 2025 (Friday) within the Embassy premises.
We feel obliged to join and collaborate closely with the Embassy in organizing this holy event. Shree Jagannath Society Japan (SJS) is ready to provide all possible support in making this noble endeavor of the Embassy a highly successful & spiritually enriching one.
In addition to the two Ratha Yatra events where SJS Japan is directly involved—Kasugai/Aichi and Shri Ram Mandir (Bando), we hold deep respect and appreciation for all other Ratha Yatra events organized throughout Japan and beyond.
With the above note, Shree Jagannath Society Japan (SJS) would like to make a humble appeal to all the devotees and communities engaged in Ratha Yatra celebrations across Japan such as Kawasaki, Tokyo, Yokohama, Kawaguchi/Saitama - to join our hands with the Embassy.
